DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OFADMISSION

(a) Original Birth certificate issued either by the birth control Registration office corporation or Gram Panchayat or Any recognized school.

(b) Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate.

(c) Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor.

(d) Character Certificate from the head of the previous affiliated school.
